- 1-2 slices Smoked Salmon
- 1 Wholemeal Muffin
- 2 Organic Free Range Eggs
- 1 handful Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
- Place your smoked salmon on a sliced and toasted wholemeal muffin
- Do not add butter as this recipe is delicious without it!
- Poach your eggs and place them on top of your muffin before garnishing with fresh parsley and crushed black pepper.
- You can use a gluten free muffin if you are on a gluten free diet
