  1. add the porridge oats, water desiccated coconut and pineapple into a saucepan
  2. Stir for 2 minutes until the oats have soaked up the water
  3. add in the coconut milk and continue to stir until you have reached the desired consistency
  4. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
