Instructions
Wash your fruit and veg thoroughly and cut the rough edges off the pineapple.
Cut the fruit and veg into chunks that will easily fit into your juicing machine.
Squeeze the lemon and lime juice into a jug ready to add to the juice
Push the fruit and veg through the juice machine, stir and enjoy
