Ingredients
- 3 stalks Celery
- 1 stock cube I use Yeast Free Kallo stock cubes
- 1 tbsp oat cream
- 1 sprig fresh herbs to garnish I used parsley

Instructions
- Wash and chop the celery into small chunks, roughly 1 - 2 cm in length.
- Add celery to pan of water and bring to boil.
- Crumble in the stock cube and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes until the celery is soft.
- Take off the heat, add into a mixer and blend until smooth.
- Add in the oat cream, stir and serve with fresh herbs.
