Trust Your Gut Method FAQs
Can’t Trust Your Gut?
IBS can be hard to deal with and getting real help, advice and support can be challenging.
You may have tried lots of different ‘solutions’ to try and control your symptoms or mask your symptoms to help deal with the daily pain and frustration of your symptoms.
It can be overwhelming trying to find your solution whilst wading through all the good and bad information out there.
IBS can easily take over your life. No matter how strong your mindset is. You may have missed days from work or been forced to cancel important social events. Maybe you even struggle maintaining friendships or intimate relations because of your IBS.
It can be hard to feel focused, enthusiastic, energised and sexy when your guts are unpredictable, painful and embarrassing…
What is IBS?
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is your body warning you that something is not right. That you need to make changes. It isn’t something to be ignored or for you to cross your fingers and hope it goes away again. Not working through to get to the root cause will leave you whole body depleted and defenceless against other diseases and illness.
The Gut Is Your Gateway To Health
IBS can leave you feeling frustrated with your body, even hating your own gut as you cannot trust it to behave. This can knock your confidence, dictate what you wear due to severe bloating. You may feel embarrassed and awkward when you go out to dinner, always worried you will have a flare-up and have to leave early. You might even be fed up with having to explain your ‘tummy problems’ all the time.
IBS is an umbrella term for a collection of symptoms, such as:
- Excessive Wind
- Stomach Pain
- Abdominal Cramps
- Acid Reflux
- Brain Fog
- Inability To Focus
If you have three or more of these symptoms it is likely that you have IBS. Now is the time to take action and start actively healing your gut instead of constantly irritating it.
IBS And Stress
Struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, stress and depression can exacerbate IBS symptoms. The brain to bowel link is strong and this is why whenever you are feeling stressed your gut starts to automatically mis-behave.
Having impaired gut health can also keep you in the ‘stress loop’ of IBS. You get stressed, your symptoms flare up. Your flare up causes you to feel stressed. Then you get more IBS symptoms. Then you get more stress. Sound familiar?
The same is true if you suffer from anxiety or depression. It effects the gut tenfold. My approach in my unique, fast and effective Trust Your Gut Method is to heal the gut and feed the brain. Hitting two birds with one stone…
Not being able to trust your gut causes other problems too. Have you heard of women’s intuition? This is a gut feeling about a situation or person. Being able to rely on our women’s intuition (or gut instinct) can be an essential form of survival in today’s challenging world.
Healing the gut will enable your intuition to switch on, improve your focus whilst strengthening your confidence and improve your mental health and wellbeing.
Getting To The Root Cause…
The hard truth of the matter is that we inadvertently ’cause’ our IBS symptoms on a daily basis. Through no fault of our own. The toxic world and food industry is working hard against us.
Some of the main causes of IBS are:
- Gut bacterial imbalance
- Medication and painkillers
- Overuse of the wrong supplements
There are other reasons that our guts produce the ‘warning signs’ of IBS symptoms but essentially what your gut is trying to tell you is that you need to make some changes.
But what changes? All will be revealed in your Trust your Gut Clarity Call…
How Do I Heal My Gut?
Healing your gut is paramount to effectively reducing your IBS symptoms. This is not an overnight quick fix.
As we have learned we inadvertently ’cause’ our own symptoms. Therefore, by getting to the root cause of these IBS symptoms we can start to unpick these issues, reverse the damage and healing your gut.
This is easier than you think with the right support and guidance and accurate information. I have created the Trust Your Gut Method specifically to help you learn how you can be IBS free in a simple 3 step process. We can discuss this in more details during your Trust Your Gut Clarity Call.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have other health issues, will this work for me?
Most people with IBS have other health issues. By repairing the damage to the gut, your other health issues will naturally improve along the journey.
I am very busy, will this solution take up a lot of my time?
I have designed my Trust Your Gut Method to pack maximum punch with minimum effort on your part. There will be some time required to absorb the relevant information and implement this but on average my clients save 1 hour a day bathroom time.
Can I fit this around my normal day to day work schedule?
Yes. You should be able to carry on with your work schedule as normal. The only difference is that you will be able to focus more easily and be able to get more work done, saving you even more hours in the day.
What happens if I don’t get results?
As long as you put the effort in, follow my advice and stick to the program you will see results. The only way you get no results is if you put no effort into the course or program.
I have been told my IBS is stress related, how can I be IBS free?
The brain to bowel link is strong and therefore when there is a problem in the gut there is often a stressful reaction in the brain and vice versa. Once again, when the gut is healed this will help you feel more at ease and less stressed.
I have tried different diets before and they didn’t work. Is this a diet?
Certainly food plays a part in the courses and programs. Currently what you are eating is not working for you. Together we will learn what foods are going to help heal your gut, stop irritating it and allow you to live a normal life, IBS free.
I am taking medication, can I still work with you?
We will discuss all medications. All medications will be taken into account when we are discussing your personal solution to IBS. The program and courses are still effective when taking most medications.
I still have questions, can I contact you?
Of course, I am happy to help. Please contact me with individual questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
